Jase on Mark Nevin

I first heard of Mark Nevin from his collaboration with Morrissey on the Kill Uncle album. Later, I saw his name associated with Kirsty MacColl, for whom he wrote and produced songs and played guitar. This association was part of the reason that I bought one of Kirsty's albums. So after all that, I was intrigued when I found out that Mark had released a solo album.

Mark Nevin has worked with a lot of musicians over the years, most notably as a member of Fairground Attraction. He finally decided that he would like to do a solo album where he sang his own songs. Hopefully this means he won't completely abandon his projects with others, although we wish him success in his solo endeavors.
